Being a plus size isn't easy when it comes to shopping for clothes, when you love a particular dress or coat only to realise that it isn't in your size. You walk over to the plus size section of any store and all your choices are narrowed. Having to deal with this frustration can be more annoying than a wet towel on your bed (of course left by your husband or kids!).

I discovered City Chic when I was walking around aimlessly in the city one day, many years ago. Being a plus size myself, it was like walking into shopping heaven; I had just opened a pandora box.

Their collection is avid and you can surely find something that suits you. If you have always wanted to try on a jumpsuit but never found the size, you should not have an excuse anymore. There are many other garments to choose from, including leather jackets, boots and belts.

The store has a variety of good apparels in tune with the current trends. You will be happy to find skirts, shorts, swimwear, lingerie, jeans, dresses and more.

City Chic has stores in Australia, New Zealand and also online. You can actually shop by your body shape via City Chic's online store. Currently delivery is free for orders more than $150, and don't miss out on their online 'sale' section.

They have the CC Nation club card where you get 1 nation point for every dollar spent. Depending on your points you could be a bold, sexy or glam member, and depending on your membership, you could receive $10 voucher or more.

City Chic gives a creative solution to the issue of being slightly on the heavier side. Shopping can now be fun and frolic.

Go to your nearest City Chic's store, or simply log onto their website, and a lovely selection of stylish clothes could be yours.

Afterall sometimes size does matter.
