Gumboots, although practical, are usually pretty ordinary. Typically found in colours that resemble the dreariness of a rainy day, gumboots aka wellies, aren't usually associated with style and couldn't really be thought of as a fashion accessory... that is unless you own a pair of Lazy Raine Gumboots.

Created by a local Melbourne artist Claire Raine, Lazy Raine gumboots are not only 100% waterproof, but are strikingly colourful and bound to add a little fun to any outfit worn in rainy weather.

Claire Raine creates abstract artwork using paint and mixed media. Her original work is not only available to buy on canvas and limited edition prints but Claire's art can be seen on every pair of beautiful Lazy Raine gumboots; a cheerful way to keep your tootsies dry.

Lazy Raine boots are available in adult size 6 to 10 and are currently priced at a reasonable $59.

You can buy a pair of Lazy Raine gumboots to add to your winter wardrobe here.
