Leather is The New Black

I absolutely love wearing black. Ask anyone who knows me, and they will tell you that black is the main colour of clothing you'll find in my wardrobe.

And what is better than wearing an all black outfit?
A black leather outfit of course, or just fake it til you make it leather – otherwise known as pleather (a synthetic version).



In the past year I have purchased several leather and pleather clothes.
Leather knee-length skirts are super stylish, and I am also enjoying the leather trackie pants. You can dress these up with heels, or just wear them with a pair of sneakers for a more casual look.
Tight leather leggings look chic with a long black trench coat paired with black ankle boots.
And if you want to be bold, why not try wearing leather/pleather head to toe? Try a pleather cap with matching skirt and top together.



It is this season’s must-have look. It is edgy, sexy and stylish all in one.
I guarantee you will see leather and pleather clothes everywhere. It can also be dressed up or dressed down, and will add some attitude to your outfit.
Of course, don’t forget the classic leather jacket. I reckon every girl should have one of these in their wardrobe.
